About Me:

In addition to a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences, I am trained in Structural Integration, or the Ida P. Rolf method.

I studied at the Guild for Structural Integration in Boulder, CO and developed an extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, body awareness, as well as a mature level of sensitivity to psychological meditation. I am Level III Movement Specialist and has been in practice since 1995.
